KATHY RANDALL
VICE PRESIDENT

Kathy Randall is a former Human Resources leader working for several large global organizations spanning over more than 24 years. She earned her BS in Business Administration and her MS in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina. Kathy has a passion for supporting others in reaching their career aspirations. She is married to her husband, Jereme, for the last 17 years. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.

CELESTE EVANS
Membership Director

Celeste has over 30 years of title insurance and real estate experience. She currently
is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Southern Title in Florida.
In her home state of Indiana, she served as a liaison with the Indiana Land Title
Association and the Indiana Mortgage Brokers Association working in conjunction
with the Indiana Department of Insurance.  In her “spare” time, she founded the
Northwest Indiana Housing Alliance, was a founding member of the Housing Industry
Team, and a Habitat for Humanity Volunteer.
Celeste and her husband Mark moved to the Upstate area in 2022.
