The Boiling Springs Business Association will be holding their 44th annual community Thanksgiving Dinner on the 16th of November at the Boiling Springs High School, 2251 Old Furnace Road starting at 7PM. This community dinner is open to the public.
This community dinner will feature a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings, and guest speakers, and annual special awards will be given. There will also be door prizes and entertainment.

THE CITIZEN OF THE YEAR AWARD.
will be awarded to Emily Lausier. Ms.Lausier was chair of the March Of Dimes big fundraiser this year that raised over $30,000. She also volunteers for Beauty Marks for Girls which is a non profit that mentors daughters and their incarcerated moms here in Spartanburg County and she helps with Ruth’s Gleanings who distribute extra and leftover food to needy families. Emily also works at Spartanburg Methodist College connecting the business community with students through mentorship programs,internships and seminars. A true asset to the community of Boiling Springs.
